Andrew served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Combating Terrorism, managing special operations and counterterrorism strategy. Before that, Andrew was the Commander of Marine Security Forces at the White House.

Andrew supports Frontsight as the firm's media advisor, and sits as a board member of the NDIA and the Atlantic Council GeoTech Action Council.

He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
