Hayley co-created the America Builds Podcast and was previously an investor at Lightspeed. She co-founded Fairwater Labs, a defense technology incubator, and has operational experience at Splunk. Having lived in Japan and Taiwan for three years, Hayler is now an incoming MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.
